You may also fill out the assessment form again, especially if your health details, medication use, delivery address, or contact information has changed.

For safety, refills may require doctor review before fulfillment.
The team may ask you to confirm your email or phone number, age, delivery address, payment preference, and whether there have been any changes in your health, medications, or condition since your last order.
