Hi, there! I am Hafi, a licensed psychologist who focuses on guiding my clients in setting realistic goals and building solutions to overcome their psychological concerns. I do this by offering a safe space for them to talk about their thoughts and feelings, hence, their voice and their words are as important in our session as my guidance and skills.
My clients have the autonomy to discuss and state what they may specifically need from our session and my role is to help them translate these needs into goals. Depending on their concerns, the end goals could be for them to discover their strengths and inner resources that they might have not noticed before, to set objectives aimed at improving the quality of their lives, or to cultivate a perspective that will allow them to simply accept and appreciate whichever stage of life they may be in at the moment.
I have handled issues relating to Anxiety, Depression, or Bipolar Disorder and I have dealt with cases that included those with traumatic experiences, relationship- and work-related problems. I have also conducted sessions where the main concerns revolved around finding the purpose and motivation to keep moving forward.
