My name is Gab, and I am a behavioral therapist. Sessions with me are like exploring your own values and their stories. I enjoy helping clients through a more active and direct way by assessing their thoughts and behaviors. As such, therapy with me would involve metaphors, thought exercises, and more experiential learning.
The stories that I have journeyed with clients on usually include concerns over depression or anxiety, stress, work-related problems, major life decisions, a lack or confusion over meaning and purpose, as well as issues in relationships with the people around them.

I'm Vana, a graduate of Clinical Psychology. I usually employ humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused approaches in therapy. I also engage in different expressive arts. In therapy, I tend to be flexible about what my client needs in session and find the right approach for the right problem.
On top of helping clients with anxiety or depression, I also tackle problems with meaning and purpose, difficulties in decision-making, LGBTIA+ concerns, neurodivergent issues (eg ADHD, autism), stress and trauma, addiction, and sleep problems.
