Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with qualified leads through phone and chat channels, converting them into paying customers.
  • Focus on weight loss leads for the GoSlim line of products, activating responses and turning them into sales.
  • Re-engage return-to-sender (RTS) customers with tailored strategies to optimize conversion rates.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and develop innovative sales strategies for growth and customer retention.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of GoRocky’s offerings and upcoming services to effectively address customer queries and highlight benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Prior sales experience is a plus, but recent college graduates with a strong drive to succeed are welcome to apply.
  • Strong work ethic and a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to express empathy and understanding when addressing customer concerns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer engagement and conversion.
  • Highly empathetic, with a genuine interest in helping customers improve their health and wellness.
  • Passionate about improving men’s health and wellness.
