Responsibilities:

  • Manage and scale sales on online marketplaces including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Grab.
  • Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion.
  • Monitor platform-specific KPIs and execute strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Implement promotional campaigns, including discounts, bundles, and seasonal offers.
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  • Analyze platform data to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps.
  • Stay updated on new platform features, trends, and algorithm changes to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Build strong relationships with marketplace account managers for support and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing sales on e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Grab is ideal, or a background running an online business. 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce best practices.
  • Analytical skills with experience in interpreting marketplace data.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
