Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale sales on online marketplaces including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Grab.
- Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion.
- Monitor platform-specific KPIs and execute strategies to improve sales performance.
- Implement promotional campaigns, including discounts, bundles, and seasonal offers.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Analyze platform data to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps.
- Stay updated on new platform features, trends, and algorithm changes to maintain competitive positioning.
- Build strong relationships with marketplace account managers for support and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing sales on e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Grab is ideal, or a background running an online business.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce best practices.
- Analytical skills with experience in interpreting marketplace data.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
