- You must provide photographic evidence of the product. Please send this proof to our support team via email at support@gorocky.ph and await confirmation and instructions.
- Once you receive confirmation from our team, please return the product in its original packet with the sleeve. Damaged sleeves and/or packets will not be approved. Further details will be provided once the return request has been approved.
- The shipping cost for returning the product is the responsibility of the customer. Inform our support team once the packet has been dispatched.
- Once your return has been approved, our customer support will be sending additional instructions.
Reimbursement Process:
- Once we receive and verify the returned package, ensuring that all conditions are met, we will initiate a reimbursement of your order amount. Reimbursement will be processed through GCash. Please allow 5 business days for the reimbursement to be completed once the return is verified by our team.
