Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with GoSlim patients through regular check-ins.
- Coordinate at-home blood tests with partner providers and consultations with doctors.
- Actively engage with qualified leads via phone, text, and email, converting them into paying customers.
- Re-engage past customers using tailored strategies to optimize conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and develop innovative sales strategies.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of GoRocky’s offerings and upcoming services to address customer queries effectively.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Filipino is essential.
- Registered pharmacist credentials are a plus.
- Adaptability and alignment with GoRocky’s values.
- Strong customer service understanding and organizational skills.
