Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Customer Insights:
- Analyze Customer Data to uncover insights that inform marketing strategies and optimize customer targeting.
- Use cohort analysis and other methodologies to track customer behavior to achieve its Customer Acquisition Cost goals
- Provide recommendations based on performance metrics
Data Engineering and Infrastructure
- Build and maintain the data infrastructure for reliable storage and analytics.
- Developing data models to transform data into actionable and useful information.
Business Insights and KPI Reporting
- Provide critical business insights and data analysis to team leaders
- Track KPI across departments to identify trends
Visualization and Reporting
- Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a data analyst/engineer or in a related role, ideally in a startup or e-commerce environment. Fresh graduates are accepted.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Python, SQL, or similar languages with experience in tools (Metabase, Looker, Etc). Experience with DBT is a big plus.
- Solid understanding of database management (ie. Google Cloud, AWS), Cohort Analysis, and issue tracking systems.
- Ability to analyze complex data, including marketing attribution. Transforming it into actionable business insights.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation, CAC tracking, and data-driven marketing strategies.
